The customer had a low-velocity collision that dented some of her garage door panels. She needed them replaced!
We had a look at the damage, and then made sure the model of panels that Mrs. Dyer’s garage door used were still available. They weren’t, which makes this a problem, but we managed to find the same weight and dimensions of garage door panels from another manufacturer. We removed the door, unlocked and removed the old panels and hinges, and installed the panel replacements before putting it back. We also gave it a few tests to make sure there were no compatibility issues.
